Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 May 2026

These are the company-level Terms of Service for Salvus Industries and the Zelicra suite: SIOS, Arbiter, Sentinel, Warden and Vestige (each a “Service”). A specific product may have its own additional terms — for example, Arbiter at arbiter.zelicra.com. Where product-specific terms conflict with these, the product-specific terms govern for that product.

These terms are provided for transparency and do not constitute legal advice.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using a Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

The Services are operated by Salvus Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Kerala, India. Contact: hello@zelicra.com.

3. The Services

  • SIOS — a multi-agent operations platform (“command deck”) for orchestrating work across the suite.
  • Arbiter — e-commerce compliance tooling for GCC sellers, including Kuwait’s Digital Commerce Law (Decree 10/2026).
  • Sentinel — HSE certificate issuance, tracking and verification.
  • Warden — read-and-sign and workforce-compliance tooling for UK care providers.
  • Vestige — operations software for heritage-service businesses (in development; features may change).

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use at hello@zelicra.com.

5. Subscriptions & payment

Services may offer free and paid tiers. Paid plans are billed as shown at purchase (monthly or annually). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice to active subscribers. Specific billing terms may be set out in a product-specific agreement.

6. Your data & our roles

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process that data to provide the Service. For business and operational data you upload, you act as the controller and we act as the processor, as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable data-processing agreement. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary consents or notices for the data you upload — in particular for Warden (UK care-home data) and for any third-party personal data within Arbiter, Sentinel or Vestige.

7. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, and no use that breaches the regulations a Service is designed to support.
  • No attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems.
  • No reselling, redistributing or sublicensing without our written consent.
  • No malicious code or harmful content.
  • No generation of fraudulent compliance documents, certificates or records.

8. Compliance disclaimer

Important. Our Services provide tools and guidance to help with regulatory obligations (for example, Kuwait Decree 10/2026, HSE certification, and UK care-sector requirements). They do not constitute legal advice and do not guarantee compliance. You remain solely responsible for meeting all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional for your specific situation.

9. AI features

Some Services use AI to generate suggestions, drafts and automations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and may require review. You are responsible for checking AI-assisted output before relying on it, and it is not a substitute for professional, legal, medical or regulatory judgment.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design and content (excluding your data), are owned by Salvus Industries and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

11. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability and will make reasonable efforts to give notice of planned downtime.

12. Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This does not exclude any rights you have under mandatory consumer or data-protection law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salvus Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer or data-protection laws in your country of residence (including the UK, EU/EEA and GCC).
